spelling.
Each transliteration of the word al-muslimun, a person professing the Islamic belief system, makes it spell different. if you listen to the proper pronunciation of the work al-muslimun, you would get the english equivalent of Muslim. Moslem came from a different pronunciation which is common among those who are muslim but do not speak fluent arabic.

Only the spelling difference. Both Moslem and Muslim are the same meanings. Its called "Müslüman" in Turkish.

moslem is how some americans spell it so they can pronounce it more easily i guess. but its the same
