Noticed how hard everyone including your own phone company that (supposedly) works for you has made it so inconvenient to block calls? Listen, I don't care if its someone I OWE money too, or a politician, or advertiser, or fax. It's my line, my number, my phone that I PAY for. With the simple click of a code and a $1.50 charge per block, I should be able to painlessly and permanently block ANY number of my choosing for no reason whatsover. Why are we letting Big Business and Big Brother dictate what should be a very accessable and easy service? There, I feel better, uh oh the phone is ringing..

If u have a cell phone you should be able to block or answer any calls you want by editing your profiles, READ the instructions to your phone. And if you don't want to talk to some one, just don't answer, except for the first time, store the number, then put it on your blocked call catagory.

Get rid of the land line phone and only have a cell and then don't give the number to anybody. If they ask just say , "Sorry, I don't have a phone." You may get a weird look, but they can't prove it. Cell phone are unlisted.
