Wash your hair then either blow dry it till it's almost dry OR towel-dry it till it's partially dry. Comb your hair by splitting it in the middle and then going down (the sides or whatver) and then just use the straightener. Don't use it on your hair when it's really wet. o.o Because..you'll ruin it or something. o.O

if you have curly hair, it's harder to keep it straight... when hair is damp, blow dry it as straight as you can with a large round boar bristle brush. Get the kind with holes in the core so that the hot air will flow through more efficiently... then, use a product called "super skinny"... you can get it at any hair salon. Once you have applied the serum to your hair, use an straightening iron, the serum will help prevent drying and split ends... if you want super sleek straight hair that will last all day, have a friend help you iron your hair with an actual iron... it will stay straight all day, but only do it on special occasions... the real iron will "burn-out" your hair if done frequently.

I just blow dry my hair, straighten it with a flat iron then blow dry it again using the cool button. The cool air from the blow drier helps it stay staight all day.
