My Human Anatomy and Physiology book says 8 Cranial bones: 1 frontal, 2 parietal, 1 occipital, 2 temporal, 1 sphenoid, and 1 ethmoid. Wormian bones are extra bones that sometimes develop in sutures between the flat bones of the skull.
