everyone says not to use the cheapo, generic brand... but most swites have different opinions of what name brand duct tape is. what kind is the best all-around duct tape to use?

Disney makes a Donald Duct Tape that doesn't hurt too much when you pull the tape off your kids' mouths.

It's around $5 a roll.

Forget the duck tape. Make friends with a Navy person, preferably someone in the aviation field. Have them get you some Ordie tape... that stuff will hold things in place during a sonic boom!

Do you need the red tape in the movie, "Pulse" (to keep out ghosts)?

Well, if not, I just use the cheap Dollar Store tape. It works fine for me. 3-M and Scotch make the more expensive brands.

Gorilla tape brand is excellent. Very strong . Its black in color so its easy to see at the store. They also make a glue called ...... you guessed it .... gorilla glue! Very good products. I think the glue sells for around $8
