Chocolate Pie
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons cocoa
3 eggs
1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk plus water to make 2 cups
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup butter
1 (9-inch) baked pie crust
Whipped topping to serve
In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, flour and cocoa. In a small bowl, beat eggs into milk; add to dry ingredients in pan. Mix until smooth. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick.
If lumps form, use an electric mixer and beat until smooth after removing from heat. Add vanilla and butter; beat in. Pour into pie crust; set out to cool. Serve with whipped topping. This pie tastes best after overnight refrigeration.

Yogurt pie
get a ready made graham cracker crust from the store, a small container of cool whip, and two 8oz containers of your favorite flavored yogurt.
Stir the yogurt with the cool whip until completely mixed together. Dump the mixture into the pie crust and refridgerate for about an hour.
I always add a little frozen or fresh fruit in with it.
Soooo Yummy!!

Strawberry short cake. Yum! Its fairly quick and oh so tasty.
Cut fresh berries in to bowl, add a little sugar if berries are not as sweet as you would like,{ frozen work good to}
Then place on Sponge cakes or angel food cake{ better for you}
And ad whipped cream.
Any kind of berries or fruit will do if you do not like strawberries
