I advice you to go and buy fresh aloe vera (it's a long hard form leaves) from your local market,peel off the skin then use it to massage your scalp before you take a bath...it's also recommended to put a tiny bit of olive oil onto your scalp after you wash your hair and try to comb your hair at least for a few mins before going to bed...

Hair is dead. The only living part is the folicle under your scalp. You cannot change the way you're hair comes out of your head. You can try to plump up the hair shaft with shampoo's and conditioners made for thickening up hair or volumizing. But to actually change the make up of your hair, you cannot do that. It's gene's baby.

ok this may sound gross but it really works trust me what do you have to lose? ok my hair was failling and i was really scared so my aunt to me to massage my hair with avocado for about 10 minutes the advocado has minerals that keeps your hair strong and healthy i swear when i did this my hair never fell out. take my word on it

Just eat and drink healthy. Your hair grows its own way. There isn't really anything that you can do.
