That doesn't sound very good and understand about food allergies. You can, however, lose weight eating other foods. Just make sure the fat content is low (low-fat or better) and that you expend more calories than you eat (the same if you want to maintain your weight). Sorry to say, but that usually means some exercise every day even if that means housework. You can find some helpful fitness calculators at Shape.com.
What I would recommend is getting tested for food allergies. I was tested this year and they were even able to verify my kiwi allergy which is extremely rare. I also thought I was allergic to bananas but found that I was depriving myself for years - I wasn't allergic.
Here are some other healthy foods that you might want to try:
-fat-free yogurt
-whole-grain bread
-chicken breasts (skin removed)
-low-fat peanut butter
-soups
-low-fat cheeses (mozarella sticks are a great snack)
-eggs
-rices
The list doesn't end here. Just look at the labels. You may also want to experiment by trying something and seeing how you feel the next day.

Try making a list of all the healthy food you can eat and try recipes.
Do drink plenty of water and do exercise at least 30 minutes per day. You will eventually lose weight.
If you are really out of shape, try walking 10 minutes 2 to 3 times per day.
The calories burned will add up.
I feel so sorry for you about the food allergies.
Can you afford seeing a homoeopath or a specialist about it?
Do not make yourself sick, but check with your doctor if you can gradually add the foods you became sensitive to. I mean the ones that gives you cramps.
Frozen orange juice does that to me, so I can understand.
Some health food stores sell natural and/or homoeopathic tablets to ease gas from certain vegetables like broccoli or beans.

How about high fiber vegetables such as beans and red beets - can you eat those? The best way to lose weight is to simply cut back on the fat content in your food. Drink lots of water. Add an exercise program to your day. Exercise actually increases your metabolism and burns calories at the same time. "Starvation" diets will lower your metabolism, so you burn fewer calories. Eat three healthy meals a day with a low fat content and exercise daily.

The first thing you should do is see an allergist. Your allergist will test your sensitivity to different foods and s/he will be able to tell you which foods you are allergic to. You will need to have that vital bit of information before you will be able to plan your meals. If you don't know how to plan your meals you should also see a nutritionist once you are sure what food allergies you have. Your nutritionist will be able to help you plan meals accordingly. Could it be psychological? Did anything happen at the time it came on in your life? Exercise is still the best way to lose weight. I would ask a dietician and maybe also try an organic version.

drink protien shakes .. or go on the cookie diet, i dont know if it works but you could try .. who wouldnt like eating cookies all the time ?? && start running every other day it will get you toned and you lose weight
