Every time I have a complaint they always act like they can't believe that when i pay for itt I will have it my way, and they can't believe that I would have the nerve to speak up and be heard. They are always thinking that they are doing me a huge favor to ask them to do their job. Has the work place morale just gone to pot or am I missing something or do I just expect way to much from these idiots. Tipping has also gotten to the point to where they just dont deserve a little somthing extra...

I get really tired of them acting as though they are doing me a favor by letting me shop or eat in their place. I'm with you. Would it hurt to look at me and smile when you are telling me that this little t-shirt is going to cost 25 bucks, and thanking me for my business??? Or how about if you don't understand something on the menu, and they actually roll their eyes at you (don't worry, I got up and walked out). Yes, they're in the toilet and sinking fast.

LOL! I asked the same thing tonight! I went to Wal Mart, spent $192.48 and had the rudest cashier. When I reported it to the manager she said,"Oh, I can't believe Alicia was rude!" "Believe it!" I said. Just make me want to loose my religion.
