I am writing an oral presentation for my Spanish class. In the presentation, there is an interviewer who welcomes the guest. Then the guest says: "thank you for having me"

how would this be translated into Spanish?

"Having me" is a phrase not appliable in spanish, but you can say "Thank you for inviting me", which would be "Gracias por invitarme".
