And would you be more likely to go to a counselor that was hot?

They say the relationship you build with a counselor is more effective than the technique they use. I was just thinking maybe people open up easier online than in person.

I think I understand one of the problems you may be seeking counseling for...a lack of interaction with other people face to face. If I were you I would run, not walk to the nearest counseling center to engage in a face to face, one on one counseling experience. Don't turn to the computer to answer all your questions especially since this involves your day to day well-being.

You go to a counselor to get help, not get hot in the pants.

As far as web-counseling-IT'S B*LLSH*T.

With all the tech that offers boundless information, is the reason why there's LESS COMMUNICATION in our society and the web people know it.

Computers are TOOLS, not a substitute for the thing that all human beings require-PERSONAL COMMUNICATION AND RELATIONSHIPS FACE TO FACE.

Computers may reduce the amount of time that involves work and information, but it is in no way a means of replacing the experience we share to process information, turning it into wisdom.

That said, go see one in person. There's nothing more effective than to have a person to person relationship with a human being to give you the advice and thorough help you need.

So put the goddamn coffee down and get to it.

In person counseling is more effective in my belief.

A hot body is not the best criteria for choosing a counselor, so, no.

I prefer counseling in person.

Counseling online is too easy to disregard.'
