seriouslly girls cxan be ANYTHING from 13 and up thats usually when females start dressing as sluts or whatever. but really i mean you and all your freinds can go as disney themed charectors and all make ur costumes....since i was 13 ive been a slut, a dead hooker, playboy bunny, naughty school girl, & this year i think im either going as a nurse, or a victoria's secret model.

A mermaid. The costume won't cost much to make...you can buy green sequined material at Walmart of about 5 dollars a yard and will only need one yard. This would be the fish part of the body and a few yards of green bridal tulle or nylon netting ( about 1 dollar a yard) gathered and attached to the bottom of the green sequined material around the knees, works as the tail. make a top similar to a sports bra out of gold lame material...again only about 1 yard needed, 3 dollars. Glue gold painted seashells to cover a plastic headband for a tiara. If she has long hair that will make the costume even better...if not,cheap long costume wigs are readily available at this time of year.

Dress up as a sexy senior citizen- that might be fun- those red hat things are EVERYWHERE now.- that can be funny without being cruel by the way...

Elvira, Vampirella, Spiderwoman, Supergirl, a hippy stylish, a character from a fave action picture of yours. while you're a brunette, placed on a blonde wig and bypass as hannah montana. in the journey that your already blonde, get a wig to appear like miley sirus. Tape fuzzy catapillers on your eyebrows and an afroe wig to bypass as between the jonus bros. bypass as Sarah Palin.
