2 inches vodka

Okay well since you're not 21 I'm going to go with Iced tea (yay caffeine...)
But if you still want to go with the illegal drinking I'm going to say Absinthe...it's supposed to make you hallucinate (you melt a sugar cube over the top of it...)
but good luck finding the real stuff ( I know knock offs can be found in Nevada...)

Traditionally, Absinthe is supposed to make you hallucinate, but
a. Not if you're under the drinking age
b. It doesn't work
c. It tastes pretty awful.
