Hmm. Not sure why it would happen after 6 years.
3 months ago, I quit smoking after 10 years, and during those 10 years, I quit and started again several times, and I can tell you that when you begin smoking, your body reacts negatively, trying to tell you that you've taken in a poison.
Your new sick reaction could be because of a new ingredient in your cigarettes, or could be that your body became more sensitive to some ingredient. Hope this helps!

well, i dont know why you feel sick now after 6 years. right now i am 42 and i started smoking when i was 12 so 30 years now. around 15 years ago i had the same exact problem that you did so i thought if i smoked more i would get past the pain but every once in a while it comes back(the pain) so right now i am up to around a pack a day. and i am feeling great no problems at all. so my advice to you is to try smoking more a lot more and see what happens if that doesnt work go to a doctor and get an x-ray or something. i hope i helped thank you!!!

Quit till you can. Nicotine is a powerful poison. I have been smoking for twenty years. I am a non smoker now. The thing is that your body recognizes the harmful effects of nicotine, mainly, after you had a period without it and your body is not used to it anymore, or, you are starting to smoke too much and taking in too much. Feeling sick after smoking is a clear message from your body that you are taking in poison and somehow it makes no sense to continue. Probably you will continue, not because you are weak or something but you fell in the nicotine trap. I would recommend you the book of Allen Carr for the moment when you are considering quitting it. The sooner, the better it is for you.l

You're not pregnant are you?
Another reason could be that, even at your age, people's bodies change and things they could do/eat before they can't anymore (or the fun is gone because it upsets their stomachs, etc.)
I smoke very occasionally. One time, I got really sick...dizzy, nauseous. Turns out, I never inhaled before.

Stop...don't you know it is bad for you. or guess you can wait until you have cancer and sue the tobacco companies for making you sick. Smoking is a disgusting habit.

i wonder why you are so concerned with your health after commiting suicide for 6 years....quit smoking...that is your body telling you you are an idiot...stop hurting it...respect yourself and others around you enough to stop...my grandmother is lying in a bed right now from smoking and has terminal lung cancer...if you love anyone and if anyone loves you don't put them thru having to listen to your rasy breath escape from cracked lips...from listening to the hum of your oxygen machine...please
