Inventers of microscopes?

I need to know who invented the compound light, transmission electron, scanning electron, and scanning tunneling microscopes, and what year each one was invented. Any information on these microscopes would be helpful also or tell me what websites you found it on.

Being a minister, i believe like i've got been below a microscope all my existence, besides as subjecting my spouse and teenagers to a similar scrutiny. Church contributors are very difficult people to handle. They continuously envisioned me and my kin to be appropriate, in spite of how their existence became into, spiritually.
