OK. do you want something that tastes good?
I usually have some fruit (like 2 or 3 different kinds), cereal, toast, milk (milk your diet!), and anything I'm craving that day.
Then at lunch I eat some more. Like, a sandwich, fruit, and some veggies.
The truth is that you can eat just about anything for breakfast and it won't hurt you. My friend's personal trainer told her this. You can eat anything because you will waste it throughout your day. So if you HAVE to HAVE something that's not healthy, your best bet is to eat it in the morning. of course, you shouldn't go overboard. Then you eat a little less at lunch and nothing for dinner (or if I just HAVE to have something i eat fruit). This is the easiest way for me to eat and lose weight and be healthy at the same time.

For breakfast you can have organic rolled oats with a piece of fruit or eggs and toast or any other whole grain cereal like rice or millet and fruit.
For lunch you can have fish or organic chicken (delicious!), or salmon canned or ocean caught (not farmed), and any vegetable and/or bread or crackers or noodles or cereal with it, cheese, or cottage cheese, the list goes on of foods that are really healthy.
Just stay away from sugar, partially hydrogenated fats found in many processed foods to make them last for a long time on store shelves, artificial food coloring and dyes, man-made foods that are soo artificial and soft drinks.

The real question is, what do you like? An ideal breakfast ought to include a source of whole grain, like a small serving of oatmeal or a slice or two of whole grain bread or toast, along with a serving of whole fruit, an 8 oz glass of milk, and perhaps a protein source. So you could spread two slices of whole grain toast with peanut butter and sprinkle on raisins or the fruit of your choice, chopped. You could also try half of a whole wheat pita, stuffed with cottage cheese and fresh or canned fruit, and sprinkled with cinnamon.
For lunch, hit the whole grains again. Barilla has their new pasta plus, which includes whole grains and protein. You could make up a pasta salad ahead of time, with a good whole grain pasta, chopped veggies of your choice (lots of them - most Americans don't get enough fresh veggies), meat, beans, or nuts for protein, and a reduced fat sauce. Even peanut butter, melted with just a touch of oil or water, makes an interesting sauce for pasta salad. You could use a whole grain tortilla, spread it with a little sauce (mustard, guacamole, salsa, you name it), and fill it with at least a cup of dark, leafy greens, flavor veggies like pepper and onion strips, and a bit of meat or beans for the protein.
Eating healthy is easy, once you get the hang of it. Just focus on whole grains for long-term satisfaction and energy, fruits and veggies at every meal and most snacks, and less meat than most Americans eat. Nutritionists tell us a serving of meat is the size of a deck of cards.
