i need help with picture day! how should i wear my hair? i have about boob legnth blonde layered hair with touches of blonde in it. i also have blue eyes and fair skin! i need hair and makeup suggestions please! and oh- i will be wearing white shirt!

for picture day don't OD. leave your makeup looking natural. apply a light foundation or tinted mosturizer. i have very fair skin and blue eyes too. i tend to wear a little brown liner underneath my eyes and a very minimal amount of gold eyeshadow. avoid green--it clashes with the camera and your photo will look bad.
for lip gloss- don't wear red (for the same reason as green). Wear a soft pink that's not too shiny.
for your hair- don't wear what a trend is now. a classic look would be slightly off-side part with straight or wavy hair. it's a timeless look and you'll never say, "what was i thinking?"
you don't want to look like you tried too hard- so a small eight-inch necklace would be good. don't try tweezing your eyebrows or anything- if you mess up, it'll look bad...

leave your hair down, and keep the makeup natural, and make sure your face isnt shiny because camera lights bring out shine
