You need to ask yourself why you're having trouble saying the words if you know you do love him. Are you nervous?
I knew I loved my boyfriend for a few months before I told him. I was scared! But eventually when I did tell him I found that he loved me too! It was an awesome feeling and now we tell eachother everyday.
He may be upset because if you're not on the same page as him, he may be wondering what the point to the relationship is. You need to dig deep and find the problem FAST before you lose someone who loves you.

You can love someone pretty quick,but to be in love takes a while,depends on how long you have been see each other and your real feelings for each other,tell him to give you some time to really fall in love if you care for this guy and he should respect that.

well then u don't love him, as well as u think u do if u can't say those 3 words. or is it because ur afraid of your boyfriend not saying anything back? does he love you? r u afraid of him not saying those 3 words? that's probably why u can't bring urself to say it. i'm not here to offend anyone in any way. so please don't get mad at me for being blunt.

If you can't say it how do you love him and how does he know you love him it's usually men who can't say the words.

Just pull it off like George from Grey's Anatomy...tell him that you want to tell him that you love him when you really mean it, not just because he said it and you feel like you have to say it back. Then it's not as special.

No. At one rate he might not "know" how to say those words. Write it down on paper and give it to him and then go up to him and say"I Love You."

yes, he should be madd, love is a strong and meaningful word and if you can't say it than that really hurts because to your bf it means alot...so yes he should be mad for all the right reasons...
