You do not tell us much about your symptoms so I would suggest that you go to see some medical assistance like a GYN doc or a Nurse Practitioner (NP). Your having "frequency" and cramps seems to indicate the possibility of a Urinary Tract Infection (UTI). This usually requires an antibiotic and would require a visit to a Clinical person MD or NP who would confirm the diagnosis and issue a prescription. Your heavy smelly discharge seems to indicate that you may have a vaginal infection too. a Vaginal Yeast Infection usually itches really bad, but usually does not smell. The discharge is very thick, white, and creamy producing a slippery discharge on your panties. Vaginosis, which is NOT a sexually transmitted disease (STD) But can occur with health problems that might change the acid-base balance in the vagina. If this is the problem is can put out a milky white to greenish, smelly discharge. both can be easily treated. The Yeast infection is now treatable with over the counter creams that take one to 7 says to work depending on how much you want to spend. The Vaginosis should be treated with antibiotics that are only available with a prescription so it requires that you are seen at least at a clinic or health department. Good luck!!! I hope this helps.
P.S. You say in other questions just a couple of months ago your only 11 years old. This seems like a serious problem for an 11 year old... I hope your kidding or I am.

Yes. Every woman will experiment different motions on her body when is about time for that period to come. My sister had a very heavy discharge and then 3 to 5 days heavy period. Another person, has all the symptoms a whole week earlier, the heavy discharge, always smellier (like infection) or strong inside itch, along with cramps and leg pain, headache and finally the period.
Believe me, it may be just the symptoms. Make sure you try to use Aleeve or Motrin, it may help the cramps.

Discharge always smells, it's only really bad if it smells HORRIBLE like a fishy smell.
And take it from a twelve year old girl who has only gotten three periods and has that every month instead of a period: Yes, you'll either get it soon, or that IS your period. Most of the time I just have that and either a little blood or brown discharge. unless it gets terribly bad, don't worry, and tell your mom, it's extremely awkward, but moms help incredibly when you're having your period.

Did your doctor actually do a urine test and a pap smear? With these symptoms you would need to be seen right away. (minus the burger king craving). I hope your doctor worked you in. How old are you? Tell your mother if you're underage!

Nobody can be sure by reading symptoms. Your doctor most likely gave you an answer if you were examined for an infection.
