I don't know what state you live in but in many states cannot turn you away from an ER because you don't have insurance. Are you sure you aren't pregnant? It worried me to hear you say it happened before.
Please get checked. Call around to see if you may be eligible for Insurance for low income families (if that is the case).
I hope everything is okay.

you could be having an early miscarriage that will happen around the time your cycle is due! It could also be that you're pregnant and don't know it yet and your uterus is stretching to accomodate the baby!! It could also be that you're about to have an irregular period or u have an urinary tract infection or some other health issue! You should report to your emergency room immediately to make sure it's not anything serious like an ectopic pregnancy!! You should call a nurse and talk with them or go to the doctor and set up a payment plan because you definitely need to find out what's going on!

Can you go to a low-cost prenatal clinic? Is hard to tell what is going on over the computer. Could be many possibilities. Some people feel sharp pains in their lower abdomen right before they begin their period or sharp pains in their lower abdomen or
side(s) during ovulation. You could be having an ectopic pregnancy (pregnancy within your fallopian tube) if you are having pain in your side (s.) which you would need medical attention right away (ASAP.) Or you could have another health problem. I had cramping in my lower abdomen after I had my children as my uterus was shrinking back to normal size.

It could be scar tissue, complication from the miscarriage. Could also be anything from PID to a cyst. Even if you do not have insurance you should go to a county hospital or a free clinic in your area. There is so many possibility and some of them are serious.

i'm in the same predicament with not having insurance. but, you need to go to the doctors. it could be something serious and without your health you don't have anything. try your local health department they may be able to help you. when was your last B.M. it could be that but im not a doctor. good luck and get well soon.

You could be pregnant and experiencing round ligament pains. You could also have a cyst (nothing to worry about) and that could cause you discomfort especially when you ovulate.
