and no-bra is not an option. my nipples are bigger from having breastfed, and they would show thru.

There are several things you can do:

Buy a bra that you can paste to your skin (they are called Nu-Bras and are sold in a lot of places, Victoria's Secret has their own kind of bra and so does BEBE)

Buy a convertible Bra that can be closed at the waist, they sell those at Victoria's Secret and other department stores.

Buy nipple petals or use micropore on your nipples.

Have a pair of cups sewn on your dress.

I would do the last thing...Hope this helps!

They now have a large selection of backless strapless bras at WALMART. They are much cheaper ($5-$30?) than Victorias Secret, and they had many different options, different kinds of cups and different levels of stickiness. I will be going back if I need one.

They have different options, some have regular fabric bra cups, some have silicone-like cups. They either stick on from stickiness inside the cup, or have tape or half a bra strap on the side. So basically, you're just wearing the bra cup, and nothing else.

If all else fails, you can use some large band-aids!

An option is those self-stick bras that just adhere to your boob. I don't care what any of the packaging or salespeople say, they will NOT offer support; but they will hide your nipples. Buy the expensive ones, since the cheap ones won't stick all night.

Another option is to have the seamstress sew bra cups or a thicker lining into the bodice of the dress. This might not work, depending on the dress, but it will be the most comfortable option.

You really can't have both. A bra will not work with a backless dress because they aren't designed for women who need bras. As far as the stick-on "bras", if you are larger than a B cup, you will have difficulty with them working like they should because they don't provide proper support.

This is something that needs to be discussed with the bride since she chose the dresses with no concern for anyone's comfort. If she won't budge at all, then perhaps you may have to step down from your role if you are not comfortable with it.

two options.

1. cups sewn on your gown. any dress shop or coutour knows how to do this.

2. stick on bras. these are like silicone made bras that comfortably sticks on your skin (no straps at all) it will look like your not wearing a bra (minus the nipples) and still look great.

>> some strapless bra dont go with backless gown forsome dresses goes to deep that sometimes your strap will just show. goodluck!

There are a few solutions,
You can get paste on covers in most good lingerer stores like Fredricks, and Lady Grace for full figures. Victoria Secrets should also have them.
Tape is a MODELS' best friend! it holds on and holds up many bizarre creations. Another use for Duct Tape. Truly!!!
Tape the girls up, and tape the dress to you. Even tape penny's in the hem to keep the wind from blowing the skirt up!
Practice for a while with the duct tape so you know how to place it, it really works well to hold stuff where it should be!

I had to do that to so just go to the mall and ask them for stickers they are bar stickers they just sit in the front a they also offer a little support but most of all they will cover the nipple area. I had to get these for a mother son dance at my sons school where I didn't want my nipples to show threw and they worked great.

Backless Adhesive bra...any department store. Thats mainly if your breasts are bigger and you deffinatly can't wear no bra. If they're smaller, you could just invest in thoes Breast Florettes...they're little flowers that stick on your nipples to cover them. Good Luck.

Places like JCPenney actually sell backless, strapless bras. I think they're what is generally worn in such a case.
