Don´ever use chili shampoo!!!! it´s bad 4 your hair!!!
You can eat lots of almonds, and use a lotion with avocado.
Sometimes, to get healthy hair, you have to be calm and patient, because, nerves can damage your hair.

ello,
Pick a big handful of Nettles (wear gloves)wash thoroughly and put the whole bunch into a saucepan with enough cold water to cover. Bring to the boil, cover the pan and simmer for 15 mins. Strain the brew into a large jug and cool a little, then pour the infusion into bottles with corks or screw on caps.
use as a final rinse after shampooing your hair, and reserve a small quantity to rub into the scalp and comb through the hair every other day. After a week or two, your hair will acquire and extra shine of health.
This isn't a joke give it a try, The stings don't work after cooking by the way.

Why do you want a remedy for healthy hair? Surely you would only need a remedy for unhealthy hair!!
And why do you want to improve your hair growth? So you have to go to the hairdressers more often? After trying all the remedies you'll be given over the next few days, you won't have any money left.
Just be happy with what you've got. LOL

get an Olive oil base sheen, and use an Olive oil for a hot treatment. I am blk/wht so my hair is(was) kinky and hard to grow. A friend turned me on this great stuff...and now it is so soft...the kinks are gone, and my hair grows 5to8 inches a year...i keep it at butt length because there are so many styles that i can do...you will not be dissatisfied
