I guess this an issue for guys to answer. In the next week, my girlfriend and I will have sex, and this will be my first time. I'm 19. I'm not a loser, or religious, it just hasn't been right before. My two fears are i guess what all guys fear:
1). that I won't be able to get it up
2). that I won't go long enough
For some reason, getting an erection is hard (excuse the pun!) for me when the intimacy gets hot, and i don't know why. There's no malfunction whatsoever, I can get full erections. maybe i'm just nervous. So for this problem I've been abstaining from masturbation for the last few weeks. but will this make problem 2 worse? Is this all in my head?

I assuming you really like women, so don't over think what you are doing. Just do what ever she likes done. Great loving can be achieved in one question, to the girl. "So what turns you on?" And then do it, usually she won't ask for anything too weird like suck my toes while wearing a sailor outfit. Of course the only problem with this is if the girl doesn't know what gets her going then you are just going to have to explore.
As for not going the distance just use a thicker condom, no fun for you but less sensation will lessen the urge to burst.
Your erection issue should be resolve the minute she puts her bare hand on it. But if you are really freaking out about this go see your doctor and talk about. Subconciously you will feel better if you talk to an authority on the subject.

I swear that everyone worries way too much about things. Not jacking off isn't going to make it better. Try to relax and just get in the moment. If you're really worried about not being able to keep it up for long then jack off about an hour before hand. Try foreplay for a while before the actually act. Sex is just one of those things that you get better at over time. Make sure that she knows also that this is your first time. It will make things so much easier for the both of you. Last but not least always keep it safe.

masturbate an hour or so before hand that way you will be able to last longer. Don't worry so much, almost every one gets nervous there first time. Even if you can't "perform" to you fullest potential I'm sure you will be able to make up for it in the times to come. Just relax, let things flow and have a blast. Good luck.

Definitely in your head, but if you are really worried go to a physician. Also, being a virgin at the age of 19 is nothing to be ashamed of. Just don't pull a Steve Carrell.

It's just opening night stage fright, try to relax, it's just sex and it doesn't matter how you perform if she loves you. And, you're 19, if the first shot is a pre-emptive one, at that age it doesn't take much of any time to reload.

BTW, one more tip, the woman is much more worried about her body than yours, so focus on making her feel beautiful and that will help to put both of your minds at ease.

abstaining will not make it worse,, you'll probably have a greater chance of having a good time together now..but to be sure abstain at least 48 hours before, so you're not too wanting it, but the need is still there for her to fullfill it with you

You might be suffering from a physical problem, but most likely, it is in your head.

You're nervous and that may cause different problems.

I;d say that you should masterbate each night, getting your d-i-c-k good and hard and stroke, but do not c-u-m. That will actually get the blood flowing there more often.

U COULD HAVE SEX WITH HER BUT YOU GUYS PROBABLY WON'T LAST. THE PERCENTAGE OF DIVORCE IS SHOWN TO BE SGNIFICANTLY HIGHER IN COUPLES THAT HAVE SEX B FORE MARRRIAGE. SO I WOULD COUNT ON THAT. IF YOU WANT TO KNOW IF THAT'S TRUE. ASK A QUESTION ON HERE HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE STILL WITH THE FIRST PERSON THEY HAD SEX WITH. IN FACT I THINK I WILL.

DONT DO IT. YOU NEED TO GO TO CHURCH AND HAVE PEACE WITH GOD SEX COMES AFTER MARRIAGE. KEEP WHAT YOU HAVE.
