I resemble this question! What I've noticed about myself is that when I am under a lot of stress, I tend to lose weight rapidly, but I also lose my appetite! I have the type of system that requires a steady but balanced diet. Not too many carbs...anything is ok, but not in excess or I wind up getting stomach cramps. Get yourself, your mind and body, used to dealing with stress in healthy ways. Don't stop eating all together, but eat maybe 4-6 smaller meals every day. Eventually your body will level out, and be able to maintain a healthy weight. During the times of high (or very high) stress...eat sensibly. Stay away from fatty foods, and eat more fruits and vegies. When you are able to get a decent appetite back, go back to your regular routine. The key is not to starve yourself during stressful times. It could also help to start taking vitamins on a daily basis.
Also...I assume you are still very young. As you get older, you will find that your high metabolism will slow down, and your weight won't be so sporattic.

You poor thing, most of us would give anything to trade places. Several Gyms have training sessions and use high gain drinks helping you gain. GNC also has gain products. Good Luck

some would consider you lucky!! how tall are you? you are lucky you can eat a lot, just try and eat a lot of the good foods....healthy chicken, veggies, stuff liek that. and dont worry about snacking, cus you wont gain from it obviously, but just remember to eat tons of the healthy stuff.

First you should ask your doctor about weight gainers, most of them are safe and should help, and make sure you get enough sleep every night.

how tall are you? for me at 5'0, 105 is plenty
