Yes. Get a second oppinion. It is a right under the Patient's Bill of Rights, which is a nationwide legally accepted document, that is sadly to commonly overlooked by patients. Doctors are not always right or God. If you have doubts get a second opinion.

Do they feel sorta like little tiny little bumps, and are reddish?
I had the same thing, and you're perfectly fine. To get rid of them you should drink a lot of water and put lotion on your arms where these bumps are every night before you go to bed.
Apparently it's like a sort of exema (skin disease) but a very slight case. Many people have them, it's also like a pimple. Just another part of growing up and everything.

If you are outside allot they could easily be sugar bites, if the bites look pink but are smaller than chicken pox would be than you will be ok.

my cuz had that he was just fine u needs LOTS of lotion and try not to touch and drink LOTS of water and u need to shower more
