Reps are how many times you do the lift...let's say 10.
Sets are how many times you do those 10 reps.
For example, 3 sets of 10 reps each with a 2 minute rest means that you will lift the weight 10 times, rest for 2 minutes, lift 10 times, rest 2 minutes, and lift 10 times.

Reps: another way of saying repetitions, or the # of times u perform a certain exercise. For example: curling a 15 lb weight, u would do a "rep" of 10, meaning u would curl the weight 10 times.

Reps stand for repetition and it's the number of times you lift a weight. For example you would lift a certain weight 10 times and stop and rest and then do ten more- rest, do ten more.
This would be 3 sets of 10 reps.
