Check out pet stores in the area, Petcetera does a doggy day care program, it's not great but it's better than leaving your dog in the car for the day as I am sure no zoo will allow you to bring in your own dog, too many dangers of cross infection between your dog and the animals in the zoo.

That is really SAD if you cannot leave your dog long enough to go to the zoo.
They DO NOT ALLOW PETS!!! Dogs have a problem BARKING and annoying the zoo animals. Also, no one wants them peeing and pooping at the zoo.
Get a crate or stay home.

I've been to that zoo. I'm pretty sure that no zoo or facility would allow any domestic or non domestic pets...

prolly not. inless its a helper dog. animals at the zoo might catch something from the dog and get sick.
a common cold to us can potitanly kill the animals. depending on when you are going try crate training

No - it is too dangerous for your little puppy. Skip the zoo - take your dog to the park.
