Why do muslims speak insults about other religions, but rise up and threaten when they're insulted?

You can't even preach another religion in Saudi Arabia, they'll sentence you to death. They profane the Jewish holy places, but can't stand a word against them. Who complained violently when they killed the nun in Somalia?

You can be any religion you want in Saudi Arabia, I don't know where you get this lie from. Many, many Arabians are not Muslim.

The muslims are peaceful people, it's only a select few that you hear about from the MEDIA that talk like that about other religions.

As far as I'm concered, I can understand why they would kill that nun. The Pope talks "smack" about them, how violent these people are, so they're going to show him violence.

I'm not saying it was justified, I'm just saying that it's a reasonable action.

regarding killing the nun, that's part of human behavior not Islam. don't twist things around. those camera shots are taking from places that are low class, such as if you go to some places in the south or places in Detroit.

and when you say Muslims, which one do you mean? because i forgave the Pope already, and i respect him for his apologize, and i don't think he is a coward for doing this. it's just his unfair statement came in very sensitive time where Iraq is being occupied, attack against Lebanon, Palestine, Muhammad cartoon..some people can't take pressure and act barbaric.

Each sovereign country in the world has the right to base it's laws and ways of life on what suits the best interest of it's people. Saudi Arabia, just like any other country in the world, is free to do what it wants, in the best interest of it's people. You will not understand this unless you understand the fundamentals of the Islamic faith.

Hey, if you don't like it, don't go there! They don't issue tourist Visas anyway! Saudis will not care too much about what you think they should and shouldn't do...

They are nasty people who play the 'poor me' card at the slightest provocation- as you pointed out. They want to convert everyone to Islam or else kill them. They took offence at the Pope's speech without trying to understand what he was really saying and then killed an innocent nun in retaliation. Notice the difference between the Christian way and the Muslim way: The Muslims killed a nun to prove that they are not violent (ironic) and the innocent nun's last words were words of forgiveness for her killer.

I sense that a change is in the air. I see that more and more people are beginning to speak out against this wicked cult.

Radical Muslims and Fundamentalist Muslim are very strict on their religion, and can often be non-compromising.

But, the only thing that saves us in the USA from this very thing (the Fundamentalist Christians) is that we have a history of other religions. But, they are surely trying to change that. They are scary! Maybe after George W. is gone------the pendulum will swing the other way.

You cannot fault Islam without looking at how insulting these Christians are here in America, to our general public.

you can practise any religon u want in saudi, saying that u are sentenced to death if u follow any religon other than islam is a lie, u most probably have ur wires crossed, heres what i think u ment non-muslims are not allowed in mecca where the kabah is and where muslims make their holy pilgrimige they can not get in to that part of saudi if they are not muslims but u are allowed to go anywjere else in saudi and practise any religon u want without being sentenced to death.

Islam is the only religion that allow violent and full of hate with other religion. So get over it. So Muslim stop talking non-sense like Islam is peace. There are many non muslim register as muslim for their own safe. There are many muslim country that are not allow other religion to grow.

And for sure other religion will not insult Islam because they are minority in Indonesia but still until today it is still happening. In other religion we are not allow to use violent even we got attack.
