You will lose weight quickly by eating more times a day but less per meal. In other words, eat small portions 5-6 times a day. The KEY is eating the right kinds of foods. That depends on what you mean by fast. I lost about 14 pounds on the South Beach Diet in about 3 weeks, sticking to the first level of the diet. It's a little difficult at first...the most difficult part was that I had no energy, but the weight did come off.

i've started drinking ACT and it's all-natural energy drink that also suppresses your appetite. They also have a body-cleanse that I'm looking in to. It's supposed to be 10-15 days and lose 10 or more pounds. let me know if you have more questions about this.

the weight progam that is shown on tv. were they give u 7 breakfasts, lunch, dinner, and deserts. it really works. i lost 75 pounds and i look great. u should really try it . good luck!!!!!!!!!
