i don't think i understand your question. to "pick up" someone gives the impression you just want to fool around. a decent woman, white or black or any race for that matter, would not allow herself to be "picked up". without quit committment? what is that? are you looking for a nice lady to be with? if so, you have to be the utmost of a gentleman. be polite, have respect for her and yourself. i believe everyone understands how to behave. be yourself. ask Jesus Christ for guidance. if it doesn't feel right, it isn't right. always be the person God means for you to be. i am not preaching, just extending a lesson i recently learned. good luck.

if u are decent then ofcourse u will go for long time relationship then short ones ..anywaz besides the point..u have to see where u live how close u are to the white population then try to figure out what age groups then figure out what kinda u looking for are they available then do make friends wid them else short go to online friends finder
