Mecca and Medina (Saudi Arabia) should be your first choice if you want to migrate for the sake of Allah. Malaysia and Brunei are also good choices in South East Asia.

Are you talking about countries that have a Muslim majority?
I would recommend UAE, Turkey, or Malaysia if you want to live in a modern environment, Indonesia if you're up for the exotic, Egypt if you want to see history, and Saudi Arabia if you're really dedicated to the practice of Islam.

Turkey would be my first choice. I really like the people and the government is a secular government. The country is becoming more and more viable every year. Being a Jew, I would be 1/10 of 1 percent of a minority. I don't think it would bother me there.

Emirates "UAE" is the best...Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Quatar, Kuwait..all are good but I highly recommend UAE
