We will have our 3 small kids with us so it's hard to think of anything. Any help?

If you absolutely have no one to watch the kids, buy a latch lock for your bedroom, buy new lingerie maybe baby oil or something different for bed...pineapple juice on certain parts works great by the way but use your imagination or talk to your spouse about what he would like....and then rent or buy a new movie for the kids. Hit play on the remote and sneak into the bedroom and lock the door with your handy dandy latch.
Next ignore any crying unless it sounds like murder. If necessary baracade the door with dresser and put on headphones with sexy music :)
Last, buy your husband a new car, computer or just fork over a wad of cash and say happy anniversary!

I was going to say Kauai, Hawaii. The Marriott in Lihue. But then there's the 3 small kids . . .
Well, maybe they'd like to go camping? While they're telling ghost stories before bedtime in the other tent, you & hubby could get reacquainted under the stars.

You can always do something with the family first and then have some special moments later. Also it depends on how much money you have. Have your friends watch the kids, and go for it :)

A cruise where the boat staff will entertain your kids so that you and your husband can have some quality time together.

roller skating, go to a movie, go play mini golf, take in a museum and have hotdogs from a vendor, make a picnic lunch and go to a nice park.
