This is the type of jerk you absolutely do not need. Why stand around and wait for a guy who toys with your emotions and feelings. You give yourself to him and you will always be his toy.

Woah confusing i can only imagine how you are feeling right now. Boys are confusing and stupid they will take sometime to actually say how they feel. Maybe you should just ask this guy if he likes you or not. You will never know if you don't ask. And it may help to just tell him yourself how you feel about him, coming from a friend he may not have really got the message.

My advice to you is - don't worry about 'going out' with anyone - just make friends with the kind of people that you like (both boys and girls) - you do this by talking to them yourself! - it's not that scary!
Be sure, the romance thing will happen when the time is right.

huh? i am sooo very confused....just like you are obviously. just forget out him and move onto the next boy. just act nonchalant about the whole thing....don't act like "OMG he's gonna ask me out!!" and get all bouncy about it. Just play it cool....try to find another dude that likes you and "make" him ask you out to the movies. Then when this other dude is like "oh yeah, i ment to ask you, but like...whoa...totally forgot" You could be like "Oh that's O.K. I was totally busy on Friday...i saw blank movie with so and so. It was soooo cool you should go see that movie!"
See how it works gf!!! Go work it...and make that boy jealous he didn't ask you first!!!! :)

Why don't you quit going thru your friend to get to him? Just talk to him straight forward just you and him. It's to confusing if you involve other people in it.
