Two big men that really hit hard. As long as Foreman has learned his lesson from the Ali fight. If the real focused Lewis shows up he has a puncher chance. In this bout, we have Foreman in a late rd KO.

During Lewis time, I remember George Foreman said that if ever he fought Lewis in his Prime, there's a chance That he will get knocked out because of Lewis good Combination of Height, skills and power.
George said that Lewis is too big for him.
I will definitely take his word for it.
While Lewis might be complacent when Facing Ordinary Competition he is a great when he knows that his opponent can Punch.(remember the JAB fest against The prime TUA).
Lewis will not come in this fight complacent but will be cautious of Foremans Power.
Lewis will not gonna Do a rope a dope but instead will move around the ring and frustrate the Flat Footed but Powerful Foreman.
As much as I wanna say it will be Exciting, it will just be a contrasting style that will end up a snoorefest just like Lewis VS. TUA where Lewis was too Cautious that he give the audience the cure for insomnia.

Good question Brent F! Two big guys squaring off in a great fight. Many time's Lewis fought an almost straight up style and several of his fights he showed a suspect chin. Lewis during this fight would land some good jabs to Foreman's face but would always be moving backwards against Foreman who would land the harder shots. By the 7th round Foreman would land several hard punches to Lewis's head and the referee would toil the fatal 10 count.

I've read some of these answers.
Foreman is the biggest puncher in the history of the division, but people overlook his boxing skills - he won Olympic Gold in 1968. Lewis was also an Olympic gold medalist -1988, but Foreman's skills were good enough to make him the oldest boxing champ in history.
In any division.
Those skills, coupled with Lewis' glass jaw, equals a KO for Big George.

George wins this one. His tremendous punch would eventually find Lennox's chin and out he would go. Ali beat George by having the best chin in boxing. Lennox does not have that good of chin. As the old saying goes "you can run but you can't hide" in the ring.
