How do I Ask this guy ouy without any of my friends and his friends knowing about it and im to scared to ask !

Well, you cant keep it a secret for long, because hes bound to tell his friends. If you can, just get him alone and talk to him about it, let him ask you out if you can, if he doesnt, go for it.

Just get him alone somewhere and ask. If you have too, slip him a note 'meet me by the big tree at 5pm' or something and then ask him out.

It should not be too hard to keep it from your 'Friends', just don't Tell them and don't hang around them.
