Go to the Embassy if there is one near you. If not, Go to the Naturalization board and explain it to them. If you are marring because you love him and not to keep him in the country. You should have no problems. In Florida there are quite a few women that marry illegals just so they can stay in the country and get their green cards. I once met a woman who did it for mega bucks. She would stay married to the man for 3 or 4 years then get a divorce and marry another. The last I heard from her she was on hubby number 4 and had 4 kids by 4 different men.

what is wrong with you people.
Number one: america gives us the opportunity to marry whoever we chose, regardless of their status. IT IS NOT ILLEGAL TO MARRY SOMEONE WHO ENTERED THIS COUTRY ILLEGALLY
Number Two: Marrying an illegal alien does not make him an automatic citizen anymore. There are steps and a process of about 2 years before that ever happens plus tons of fees and cost to make this happen.
This poor girl ask a simple question, if you can't answer her question without insulting her and showing how idiotic you really are then move on to another question you may know the answer to. America is about freedom. The freedom to love how we chose, say what we want, work where we want, live where we want. It is all about choice. This is the land that anything is possible.

You can marry in Mexico, as long as one of the parties is a Mexican National or has a parent that is a Mexican National.

Well i am an Australian and married an American...then again i was in-status and didn't enter illegally... when we did it, even though i had no visa and had no worries at all marrying her . I guess it depends on what state you reside in.

2) Learn punctuation, that might help with filling out forms.
