Shell fish in a whole has tons of cholesterol and does not have the omega 3 fatty acids that regular fish has. Eat in moderation.

Shrimp are high in cholesterol.

For high blood pressure avoid processed foods (anything that comes premade ex. boxed or canned or isn't natural ex. lunchmeat) all are high in sodium. Get regular exercise (walk 20 min each day). Don't smoke or take hormones(birth control or hormone replacement)

Another thing to consider is do you snore? If yes you may have sleep apnea ask your dr about a sleep study. Apnea can raise your blood pressure because your body doesn't fully recover at night.

Fish and shrimp are both good for you in limited quantities. Unfortunately, they are also filled with mercury and other pollutants from human runoff. So eating either every day is in the end not good for you. Try to limit your servings to about 6 a month.

Shell Fish (shrimp, lobster, etc.) have a lot of cholesterol in them.

Sushi can have Mercury in it, because of ocean polution.

Other than that, I think Fish is alright!

Salmon and Tuna have a lot of Omega3 Fatty Acids, which fight heart disease.

Actually not all fish are healthy. According to the bible only those fish with fins and scales are to be eaten. So shrimp would not be acceptable, nor lobster nor squid.
