i had the same prob. just do a general search on yahoo for the brand name company. Then see if they have a list of model numbers on the website. If so, you should be able to download the manual as a pdf file.

Have you tried Westinghouse's web site? sometimes you can automatically order them, or at least you can send them an email and see if they will send you one.
