These are incredibly easy and melt-in-your-mouth delicious! I made them in my electric skillet!

Gravy Baked Pork Chops
Serves 4

4 (1-1/4 inch thick) Pork Chops
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
3/4 Cup 2% Milk
1/4 Cup Water
1 (10-3/4 oz can) Cream of Mushroom Soup

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350º F.

Season pork chops with salt and pepper to taste. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Sauté the pork chops in the butter for about 5 minutes per side.

In a separate medium bowl, combine the milk, water and soup. Place the pork chops in a 9x13 inch baking dish and pour the soup mixture over the chops.

Bake for 45 minutes. Serve immediately.

That's kind of hard to do without knowing what your food preferences are. However, here's my favorite way to fix New York strip steak, which is my current food passion.

Marinate the steak for several hours in Worchestershire sauce, a few tablespoons of water, and a shake or two of onion and garlic powder. Grill over medium coals until the steak is to your liking. (I prefer medium well.)

While the steak is cooking, saute some chopped green pepper, sliced mushrooms, and slivered onions in butter or margarine. Put the steak on a serving plate, pour the drained veggies over it, and top with a few crumbles of bleu cheese (if you like it.)

Simple and delicious!

My favorite apetizer:

Ingredients:

1/2 pound chicken
1/2 finely chopped onion
1 cup bread crumbs
3 Tbsp olive oil
red chilli powder (depends on how spicy you want it)
1 Tspn S&B Curry Powder

Directions:
-Take your ground chicken and start to knead it with your hand slowly adding the oil.
-Add the onions, bread crumbs, red chilli powder, and S&B curry powder and continue to knead.
-Make small patties which are about 1/4" thick.
-Pan fry these patties in a small quantity of oil until lightly brown.

Enjoy.

this is the best food item i have ever put in my mouth. it has all of my favorite foods and textures in it and it is easy to make.

PINEAPPLE CREAM CHEESE CAKE
Ingredients:
Yellow cake mix (your favorite – I use the one with pudding in it)
1 lrg box instant vanilla pudding
8 oz cream cheese
1 can crushed pineapple
8 oz tub of Cool Whip

bake cake according to instructions on box
allow to cool
while cake cools mix instant pudding
when pudding thickens add cream cheese and blend with mixer
(cream cheese blends better at room temp or softened in microwave)
pierce cake with fork throughout
pour half of juice out of pineapple
pour rest of pineapple and juice on top of cake
top pineapple with pudding cream cheese mix
top with the Cool Whip
refrigerate at least two hours before serving

i call it killer cake
