There are lots of neurologists in Dallas. That is the type of MD you would need to see. Dallas has many fine teaching hospitals if it were me I would use the outpatient headache clinic at a large Med school facility. You will have to wait around awhile but you will get the best care and the cost will be based on your income. If that is still a problem they have social workers to help you out too.

i would look into something more natural before i go to drs. monavie helped with my headaches and it's got a ton of fruits in it so i'm getting my vitamins too. something to look into.
