You really don't need to pick a song for the bouquet toss because the whole thing only takes a few seconds, and most professional DJ's will have some music in the background to liven it up and mix it up, If you really want a song think along the lines of "It's raining men", "Girls night out", etc. You want something hopping, jumping, and fun.

I've never known the bouquet to be tossed to a song, it's just done, same with the garter.
