Look in the cereal aisle there are tons of new cereals with added fibre. Not to mention whole grains and whole wheat pastas, and I've also been told it's good to leave the skin on whatever fruits or vegetables you eat- if you can.

Everything has some fiber. Fresh fruits and veggies, whole grains and breakfast bars. Or, get your fiber from a daily drink or pill and eat like a person who actually likes food.

adding ground flax to anything you eat is a very good source of fibre. Hemp seed hearts are even better. You can add both of these to just about anything.

I take psyllium husk pills. You can get them at the drugstore. I find them easy to take and more effective than psyllium that you mix with water.
