There is a pie called a FRENCH SILK PIE and it is about the best thing you will ever have !!!

Brownies:1cup white sugar
1/2 cup all purpose flour
2 large eggs
6 tbs cocoa {Fryers is may fav}
1/2 cup butter or margarine

In a mixing bowl place sugar flour and eggs mix until blended
In a small sauce pan melt butter on med heat ad cocoa keep stirring until smooth. Constant stiring stops from sticking.
add chocolate to mixing bowl blend until smooth
Place into none stick cake pan. Bake at 35o f for 20 mins
Tip for fudge brownies When poked with a tooth pick a small amount should come out on tooth pick
can also add nuts or chocolate chips if you like about a half cup will do for this recipe

CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE

1/2 cup butter, softened
1-1/2 cups sugar, divided
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup (8 oz) sour cream
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1. In mixing bowl, cream buter and 1 cup sugar. add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla. combine the flour, baking powder and baking soda; addd to the creamed mixture alternately with sour cream.

2. Spread half of batter into a greased 9-in.square baking pan. sprinkle with chocolate chips. combine cinnamon and remaining sugar and sprinkle over the chocolate chips. spread with remaining batter.

3. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean

brownies are my favorite. I would look at allrecipes.com for chocolate...everything.
