Does any one know of any quick training for a job in the medical field that takes less than a year w/ good pay

Phlebotomist (they draw blood and junk) is a one day gig. They don't make great money but it also depends on where you and when you're willing to work.

Everything else is going to be a couple years, especially with certification or licensure. You could just take some classes to beaf up your resume and apply for a tech job in an ER or OR in a hospital. Then once you get the experience you will get better pay.
