No, you won't be poisoned, however, you could get an infection from a hot tub or swimming pool, besides do you actually know who all has been in that hot tub or pool before you?? Seriously, how nasty is that?? If you are going to lose you virginity, make it be in a place that's special, with some that you truly love (or are married to)....but don't make your first sexual experience be in a pool or hot tub.

Not only does the water and chlorine have a dry effect, but bacteria likes to breed in pools and especially hot tubs, so there is the possibility that you could get an infection of some sort in your vagina. I wouldn't advise it, especially is you tear.

First if you are asking you are too young. Second, it will be much more uncomfortable because all the necessary natural lubrication will be washed away into the water. My advice don't do it in the hot tub the first time it will be uncomfortable the first time anyway, don't make it worse.

No you won't get poisoned. I wouldn't recommend it in water though, it will hurt terribly because chlorine has a drying affect. You sound too young to be doing it anyways.
Get married first!

you can lose your virginity anywhere, if the pool or jacuzzi is EXTREMELY clean yeah you can do that.
