Make a sauce from tomatoes, garlic and a little onion. Season it so it's bloody lovely. Cook cauliflowers with some pasta shells. Pour tomato sauce over it and grate cheese. Melt cheese under the grill. Make some breadcrumbs from a grated bit of bread - fry them up in some olive oil. Spoon cauliflower pasta on to plates and sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top. Yum! Quite nice also with some crusty bread

Easy. Just melt a whole glob of cheddar and parmesan cheese. Then add just a teensy bit of butter. Pour over the cauliflower and enjoy!

I prefer my cauliflower steamed or raw. You can also steam it them simmer it in cream of mushroom soup to let it soak up the flavor. Just prepare the soup as directed on the can, then add the cauliflower, stir, cover & let simmer until cauliflower is fork tender.

You can use cauliflower as a potato alternative. Boil it till soft. Drain well. Add butter and milk and mash with potato masher. Mix in cottage cheese or rondele and bake in the oven.

You can cut it up and dip it in blue cheese. You can steam the head and then put butter on it. You can steam it, then mash it and season and butter like mashed potatoes. And you can make a cheese fondue sauce and dip raw or steamed pieces in it.
