just chain him in the garage,he cant dig flower beds!!!!!!

to keep your dog from digging try to put a piece of fence down on the hole and cover with dirt,,,,,,,,,or you can try to put his or her waste in the hole and cover it.As it does work.

if you plant the dogs feces in the holes he dug, that will deter him.
