i think hes going to break up with me so i went ahead
and told him to message me for i wouldnt like him to hear me cry

How long ago did you send the message? You won't know what's going on until you talk to him. His intentions are the same no matter how the message is delivered. So what if he hears you cry. Are you some kind of super insensitive person that he thinks never cries?? Maybe he should hear you cry.

Basically that means that things weren't going well for awhile. Maybe he was telling you before but you were hearing but not listening.
If you are the type of person who will want to talk him back into the relationship, if I were him I would send a message.

i think if hes your bf you shouldnt be afraid to cry in front of him. anyhow, if he brakes up with u thru a text he wasnt man enuff for you anyway. dont think negative first..thats the fastest way to become a depressed person. maybe he has something good to say? or a surprise?? you dont seem really confident about the relationship....but if u get the worst outcome, just know hes a loser by not coming to see you in person.

If he is going to do that over the phone text or calling he is a asshole!
I would kick his *** the next time you see him. At least he should have the balls to tell you in person!

girl, text him back and be like, umm, yeay i already know what you are going to say, because i know. then he''l be like, then tell me, then you say, no this is your news, i want to hear it come out of your mouth.(or fingers lol). then, if he tells you bad news, say, i knew that, and that is why i am breaking up with your sorry ***. then he'll feel like he did not have one up on you.

being a guy i'd say he shoulnd't message you to break up. that's weak. make him call you and man up to what he needs to say. if he doens't, lame.
