I think to a guy, job opportunities and career prospects are important. If you can assure him that he's going to find a good job with great prospects, then he's more likely to consider settling there. Career is important to a guy, no matter what.

I very much doubt it, why would anybody leave Ireland for a dump like Poland, there's nobody there now, they are all in the UK.
