If you can make yourself metaphysical, and expand beyond the stars, where the earth floats before you as a balloon, and you can see windows of invisible dimensions as spectrums of existence appear before you, and when you enter into those dimensions you are in another universe, then you will realize that all of this together constitutes heaven.. a place that is no place, but an eternal state of existence that encompasses and transcends time and space; where you can observe any dimesion of time and existence by simply thinking of it, and you are there.

First of all, you can't hide anything from yourself in the afterlife. You are going to be as you are and know yourself as you are.
This life is like the ocean and the afterlife is like the sky, and your soul is your fin that rises above the surface. Once you die, that fin is all you have and it's in the wide open. Your emotion at that time will largely determine your experience and you will then either rise to meet up with other lighthearted joyful souls, or bob around on the surface of the water, weighed down by your past.
The question isn't what heaven is so much, it's obviously dreamlike and full of fun and games and simplicity. The question is if anything ever happens there, if there is ever an event that changes something. Do things that happen in time get noticed by those out of time? Can you go back to time once you're out?
I think you can, and as such, the movie, 'What Dreams May Come' is worth watching.
You can come back to this planet, or go to other planets that have other more simple lives. Teams of people are working together to try to accomplish this or that, generally trying to thwart the people who don't believe in heaven.
This is what I believe, but it's because I want to believe it, not because I have any evidence. I chose to believe this because it is how I want to motivate myself. If it's not true, I will still have had a better life, or so I believe.
The bottom line is, if this is all there is, then what a collosal mess and waste of time. Not to mention all the evil people who will be rewarded and all the good people who will be punished.
Believing is better than not.

Honestly, I can't imagine. Everything we deal with here on earth involves conflict or duality.
I think that it might be the end of duality a state of pure awareness. Sounds boring to my little ego though.
One thing I know for sure... If there is a heaven, there's a place for "sheeny" in it!

I actually imagine it in many different ways - the bottom line for me though, is no more pain, no suffering, no worries, no hurt. I imagine it will be a place of peace. I think everyone has their own idea of "heaven" for me..it's sitting at the edge of the ocean, my toes buried in the sand, the sun shining on my face, listening to the waves crash in. A feeling of ease, with NO worries...

I don't want to think of Heaven as millions upon millions of people just walking around like "happy happy joy joy". How would you ever find your family? I'd like to think of it as a "personal heaven" where each persons domain is different. Something like earth only without all the crap. I hope that we can actually have fun in heaven. Maybe we can be in a new kind of reality, not like a dream, but ultimate awareness. A new life. With hope of other new lives for ourselves beyond that heaven.

Have you ever seen "What Dreams May Come?" with Robin Williams? He's in heaven and it's always how I imagined it would be.
Everyone has their own little heaven because what is heaven to one person, might not be heaven to another.

Truthfully, I really can't imagine it. If all my family isn't there, how could I be happy? Really don't think I'm good enough to get there.
